Life Save Foundation is committed to ensuring healthcare and nutrition for the underprivileged. Your contribution is utilized for cardiac surgeries for children, medical camps in remote slum areas, and providing monthly nutritional food kits to families in extreme poverty. We maintain 100% transparency in fund allocation.
Donations are made voluntarily and once the social service process begins, they are non-refundable. However, in the event of a technical error (such as a duplicate transaction), donors must report the issue within 7 working days via email. Verified technical refunds will be processed within 10-14 working days to the original payment source.
As a non-profit organization, we do not ship physical commercial products. Digital donation receipts are generated instantly on the screen. For donations eligible for tax exemption (above ₹3000), a formal 80G certificate will be sent to the registered email address within 72 hours after successful PAN verification.
We respect your privacy. All information collected (Name, Email, PAN) is used solely for statutory compliance and the generation of donation receipts.

2. Payment Safety: Your payment details are processed through PCI-DSS compliant Razorpay servers. We do not store your credit card, debit card, or net banking passwords.
3. Third-Party Sharing: Your information is never sold or shared with third-party marketing firms. We only share data with government authorities as required by the Income Tax Act of India.
